1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BTT. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following conditions:
- You may return your item(s) within 5 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
Upon the successful return of your item(s), we will process your refund using the original payment method within 10 to 15 days depending on the baking system used. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for the return and replacement process. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In such cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
